"I was relocating to Georgia for work . I reached out to three realtors and put them to work to send me information . I was upfront about the fact that I wasn’t moving for almost 8 months but needed to get to know the area and the home prices. I will admit that being in the building industry I probably was a little harder on the realtors then the typical buyer.
